Agreement Terms, which are legal statements that are supplemental to those outlined in the Driver Agreement, are displayed to customers during the start-contract workflow. Customers must agree to the terms before starting their contracts.
Agreement Terms can be configured in multiple languages. If your customer base speaks a variety of languages, you should consult with your legal team to determine whether terms should be added in multiple languages.
Configuring Agreement Terms in multiple languages
The ability to configure Agreement Terms in multiple languages is based on your dealership's location. Eligible locations can configure multiple languages by following the steps below.
- Login to Dealerware Web
- Select Settings > Agreement Summary from the main menu
- Select Add Term
- Input the same term in all language fields
- Select Add
*Note that only languages offered by Dealerware will be available for selection.
