Dealerware issues invoices monthly for services your dealership is subscribed to. The dealership's monthly invoice may contain any of the following:

Fleet Management
Dealerware’s platform fee associated with managing your dealership’s rental or courtesy fleet. It includes access to the Dealerware web and mobile applications, customer and contract management tools, inventory tracking, valet capabilities, and compliance features. The charge is based on the number of active vehicles in your fleet during the billing period. -
Connected Car Services
Dealerware provides dongles to your dealership that deliver real-time GPS location, fuel level, and odometer readings for every vehicle in your fleet. The charge is based on the number of connected car devices in the dealership's possession. -
Dealerware Toll Services
This service automatically charges customers for tolls incurred during their rental period. All fleet vehicle license plates are registered with the local toll authority, and toll transponders are provided. The charge is based on the number of active vehicles in your fleet during the billing period. -
Tolls incurred and reported to Dealerware
The total dollar amount of tolls accumulated by your fleet during the month. This is a variable amount dependant on your toll usage. -
Insurance Verification
An integrated solution that verifies customer insurance details, including policy coverage, deductibles, and listed drivers. The charge is based on the number of active vehicles in your fleet during the billing period.

Rental Booking Site
A branded, customer-facing booking tool that lets customers reserve rentals directly from your dealership’s website. The charge is a flat monthly subscription.
Invoices are emailed to your AP contact. To update your AP contact, please email ar@dealerware.com.
Note: Past due invoices will accrue a late charge at a rate of 1.5%, applied monthly (or the maximum legal rate, if less) until all past due amounts are paid in full.
