To order a replacement device:
- Log in to my.dealerware.com
- Select Place Order from the main menu
- Select Replace items (lost/faulty) and then select the items needed
- Select the appropriate Replacement Reason
- Enter quantities and click Place Order
If a Connected Car Device (CCD) is lost or stolen...
- Order a replacement device
- A one-time $125 fee will be added to your next invoice for each device replaced
If a Connected Car Device (CCD) is faulty...
- Submit a support ticket before placing a replacement order. The Support team will need the device's ESN, found in Vehicle Event History, along with the associated VIN. Most of the time, the device can be reset and will not need to be replaced.
- If the Support team deems the device faulty, they will advise you on the next steps.
If a Toll Tag* is lost or stolen...
- Remove Toll Equipment
- Order a replacement device
- No fee will be incurred for additional toll tags
If a Toll Tag* is faulty...
- Submit a support ticket before placing a replacement order. The Support team will need the Toll Barcode, found in Vehicle Details, along with the associated VIN.
- If the Support team deems the toll tag faulty, they will advise you on the next steps.
