When installing Dealerware provided toll equipment, you must add the toll barcode to Vehicle Details in Dealerware Web at the same time.
You won't be able to add a toll barcode if you haven't enrolled in Dealerware Toll Services. To enroll, place an order.
Add a toll barcode in Dealerware Web
Select Vehicles from the main navigation
Search for and select the relevant vehicle
Update the Toll Barcode field with the toll tag barcode located on the sticker attached to the tag or transponder
Toll barcodes vary by state. See below images to confirm your specific barcode formatting
Confirm the information listed in the License Plate and License State/Province fields are correct
This is required for Dealerware Toll Services to function
Select Save
The Horizon Scout will no longer be available for Florida tolls. Florida customers will receive E-ZPass instead.
Georgia customers may receive the Horizon Scout or E-Z Passes. Both are compatible.
E-Z Passes may state "New York Thruway Authority," but they are compatible in all the states listed in the image above.
