When installing Dealerware provided toll equipment, you must add the toll barcode to Vehicle Details in Dealerware Web at the same time.
Bring a mobile device and toll equipment to the vehicle. Login to Dealerware Web on the mobile device.
To add a toll barcode in Dealerware Web:
- Search and select the relevant vehicle
- Scroll to the bottom of Details
- Update the Toll Barcode field with the Toll Tag barcode located on the sticker attached to the tag/transponder (expected format: ALPnnnnnnA or ALFnnnnnnA)
- Confirm the license plate state and number are correct in the Vehicle Details*
- Check the Toll Tag Verified box
- Select Save
*Required for toll tag functionality. Please only include the license plate number in the license plate field. Do not use this field for notes or any other use.
