If your customer fails to receive a Mobile Check-In (MCI) text message, please follow these steps:
- Confirm Customer's mobile number on their Customer Profile is accurate
- Confirm the Customer's mobile device can receive text messages
- Confirm the Customer's mobile device has connectivity
- Confirm the Customer has not opted out of receiving Mobile Check-in text messages. If your customer has unsubscribed by sending “STOP” to a previous message, your Customer can subscribe again by sending a text with “START” to 87057.
