The Fleet Performance report can be found in the Reports section of Dealerware Web. The Revenue by VIN tab on the report is designed to provide visibility into utilization as well as revenue generation and cost recovery per vehicle, by vehicle model and year, and across the fleet. These insights can help you understand which vehicle models are most profitable in your market.
How to Access
- Available under the Reports section in Dealerware Web (Main Menu > Reports > Fleet Performance)
- Contains two tabs:
- Missing Miles
- Revenue by VIN (select)
Please note: There is approximately a 3-hour data sync delay for data to populate on reports. Only employees with "View Reports" employee permissions can access Dealerware Reports.
Revenue by VIN Report
Provides insight into vehicle utilization, revenue, and cost recovery to understand vehicle profitability.
Available fields include the following:
- Dealership Name
- Model
- Model Year
- VIN
Other fields can reflect per VIN, per model, or per dealership data depending on which row you're viewing.
- Closed Contracts: Number of closed contracts
- Utilized Days: Count of days in which a vehicle is on contract
- Available Days: Count of days per month the vehicle is in a bookable state
- Bookable Utilization: Utilized Days divided by the number of days vehicles are able to be booked based on vehicle status, multiplied by 100. Excluded vehicle statuses are disposed, hard hold, shuttle, and maintenance
- Total Revenue: calculated by daily rate invoiced to customers and additional payers
- Total Recovery (Fuel, Tax, Tolls, etc.): calculated by cost recovery invoiced to customers

If my dealership uses Split Billing, will the Total Revenue column include daily rate revenue assigned to the Customer and Additional Payer?
Yes, the Total Revenue column will include daily rate revenue invoiced to both the Customer and Additional Payer.
Why are the Total Revenue and Total Recovery columns higher than I see on some of my other financial reports?
The columns in these reports include any unsettled balances from Customers and Additional Payers.
