Overview
Calendar lets you drill into daily, weekly, and biweekly scheduling, manage reservations, and start and finish contracts to optimize your rental and loaner operations.
How does it work?
In Calendar, you can view your dealership’s day, week, or biweekly schedule, and filter by Make/Model, Contract Status, Programs, and Vehicle Status, Contract Type, and Odometer. You can also manage reservations and start and finish contracts. By default, the Calendar is sorted by Model in alphabetical order.
Sort the Calendar by Date, Model, or Booking Source
Navigate to the top-left section of the Calendar
Select Day, Week, or Biweekly
Select the arrows to view the previous or subsequent
day, week, or month

Booking Source Badges on Calendar Cards: Reservation cards in the calendar view now display their origin for supported scheduler integrations.

Filter the Calendar
You can filter Calendar by Contract Status, Programs, and Vehicle Status, and Odometer. To filter, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the top-right section of the Calendar
Select Filter to filter by contract status
Select all applicable filters
Select Apply
What's New?
You can now filter your calendar view by specific booking sources.
How it works: A booking source filter option will automatically appear if there is at least one reservation from that source scheduled within the last 2 weeks or any time in the future.
Clutter-Free View: If there are no eligible bookings for a specific source, that filter will automatically remain hidden to keep your workspace clean.
Hover over a Vehicle to View the Details
In the Vehicles section of the Calendar, view details at a glance or hover over a vehicle to view more information including:
VIN
Stock
License Plate
Odometer
Status
Programs
Hover over an Event to View the Details
In the Vehicles section of the Calendar, hover over an event to view the following details:
Booked Vehicle
Booked Program
View Incomplete Customer Profiles
An alert icon will appear on reservations and contracts when the associated Customer Profile is incomplete.
