Finishing a Contract
How do I finish a Contract using Dealerware Mobile?
There are two ways you can finish a contract using Dealerware Mobile:
1. Locate and finish the contract from Daily Schedule
Select Schedule from the main navigation
Locate the applicable reservation
When prompted to finish the contract, select Yes to redirect to Reservation Overview

2. Locate the vehicle and finish the contract from Vehicles
Select Vehicles from the main navigation
Input vehicle details or select the vehicle from the list below
Select Manage Reservation to redirect to Reservation Overview

Begin Vehicle Return
In Reservation Overview, select Begin Vehicle Return
In Vehicle Usage Data, input the ending Fuel Level and Odometer Reading (if you use Connected Car Services, fuel, and odometer values will update automatically)
Add any Vehicle Issues (documented issues will appear on the Driver Agreement)
Select Save
Confirm the Vehicle Data (Final Fuel and Final Odometer)
Select Finish Contract
In Payment, select Confirm for zero balance, Charge Now to process payment, or Charge Later to create an Unsettled Balance.
Inform the customer that they will receive a copy of their Driver Agreement via text (in the United States) or email (in Canada).
