Monthly duties are generally done in alignment with your normal fleet management tasks and include:
Check condition of your car seats, ordering replacements if needed
Evaluate the make-up of vehicles in each of your programs
Ensure the ratio is correct
10 cars or 10% of the fleet should be listed exclusively in Retail Rental
20% of the fleet should be listed in both Retail Rental and Courtesy
70% of the fleet should be listed exclusively in Courtesy
High-mileage cars should be removed from rental service
Thorough safety inspection of every vehicle, including windshield wipers, seatbelts, and tire tread condition
