Here's how to manage your vehicle utilization to maximize your Volvo Courtesy Vehicle reimbursements.

Reimbursement Details:

  • Reimbursements will appear monthly on your parts statement.

  • Vehicles used 21 days or less receive $25/VIN/day

  • Vehicles used 22 days or more receive $650/VIN/month flat rate

  • Only CVP vehicles are eligible for reimbursement

  • Reimbursements are based on VIN-level utilization, not aggregate fleet utilization

How to Maximize Your Reimbursements:

  1. Monitor vehicle utilization days by using the Vehicle Utilization Report's "Program Days" column. Please note, you must have "view reports" permission to access this section. Learn to modify permissions here.

    1. Login to Dealerware Web

    2. Select the "Reports" section on the left navigation panel

    3. Select "Vehicle Utilization Report" from the drop down menu

    4. Scroll to locate the "program days" column

    5. Click the "program days" column header to sort the report

  2. Prioritize loaning vehicles under 22 days

  3. Reimbursements are based on VIN-level utilization, not aggregate fleet utilization
