Weekly duties are generally done in alignment with your normal fleet management tasks and include:
- Check for any missing or defective CCDs, ordering replacements as needed
- Update any temporary license plates to the physical plate along with registration expiration dates
- Audit all fleet misc. items (Toll barcodes, registration dates and expiration dates)
- In-Fleet/De-Fleet vehicles based on maturity and mileage guidelines
- Review for upcoming contract limits (30 Days)
- Make sure the gas price in the vehicle program is set correctly (within $0.25 of market rate for premium gasoline)
- Go through the “unsettled balance” report, either contact the customer for payment or write-off expenses
- Look ahead for any possible double-booking or other availability issues using calendar view
