Today's Contracts
Prepare for incoming customers, update incomplete customer profiles, and manage, start, or finish contracts faster with our intuitive one-click-contracting schedule feature, without ever leaving the Command Center.
How to use the card:
- View Booked, Pending, Started, Finished contracts. Only contracts scheduled to start / finish today, or those that were started / finished today will appear
- Add Comments. Use the Comment column to add comments. Comments are not stored anywhere other than the comment field on the schedule.
- Use the Action column to take action on each contract. When selecting an action, details will appear on the right side of the screen where you can complete the action. Actions vary based on contract status:

- Booked = Edit Contract, Edit Customer
- Pending = Send Signature Link, Resend Signature Link, Start Contract
- Started = Finish Contract
- Finished = No action

Started Contracts
Track live contracts, their length, and vehicle mileage via telematics. Use these insights to anticipate swaps as vehicles approach their limits and streamline the de-fleeting process based on scheduled return dates. You can also quickly finish contracts without leaving the dashboard.
How to use the card:
- View all active contracts
- View Days on Contract. Proactively plan for vehicle swaps if contracts are getting close to the contract limit.
- View the Vehicle's live odometer (if telematics are enabled), and prepare to de-fleet upon return, or have the customer swap into a new vehicle.
- Anticipate customer return using the Scheduled Drop-Off column

Available Vehicles
Easily manage your available fleet. View fuel levels and maximize fleet usage by using Days off Contract to decide which vehicle is contracted next.
How to use the card:
- Maximize fleet performance by viewing the Days Off Contract column. This will help your team ensure all vehicles are being used evenly.
- View Fuel column, so that your team can ensure they are set up for success the rest of the day.
- Make sure you have enough vehicles for customers with scheduled appointments.
