Sharing mobile devices, paper contracts, or customer documents is the biggest pain point of delivering contactless service experiences.
To solve for this, Dealerware now features Contactless Contracting capabilities as a standard feature in our Mobile Contracts.
With Contactless Contracting, customers can receive their customer agreement via text message and sign on their own device. Additionally, Mobile Contracts allow dealerships to scan customers’ license, credit card, and insurance information without handling them.
