View data for valet tasks, including customers, drivers, and contract details. Only employees with "View Reports" employee permissions can access Dealerware Reports. Learn how to download Reports here.
Please note there is approximately a 3-hour data sync delay for data to populate on reports. Recently finished valet tasks will take time to populate on this report.
By default, tasks are filtered to the current month and sorted by creation date, with the newest appearing first. The first tab includes finished tasks only. All task statuses show by default on the second tab.
Finished Tasks
The first tab in the Valet Report shows finished tasks only. Finished tasks are displayed for the timeframe selected. A task created in September and finished in October would only display if October was included in the timeframe selected.
The following report filters are available:
- Task Finished Date Picker
- Task Type
- Driver Name (Valet driver)
Available fields include:
- Dealership Name
- Task Created date
- Customer Name
- Customer VIN (vehicle being serviced)
- Task ID
- Contract ID
- Repair Order
- VIN (dealership-provided vehicle)
- Task Type
- Task Started (date & time)
- Task Finished (date & time)
- Task Status
- Trip Distance
- Driver Name (valet driver)
- Additional Driver Name (valet driver)

The second tab in the Valet Report displays tasks of all statuses.
The following report filters are available:
- Task Created Date Picker
- Task Status
- Task Type
- Driver Name (Valet driver)
The available fields match those of the Finished Tasks tab.
