The All Contracts report is the first tab on the Contracts Report page. It allows dealers to see all contracts with every status: Started, Finished, Booked, Pending Agreement, No Showed, and Cancelled.
There is approximately a 3-hour data sync delay for data to populate on reports. Therefore, the All Contracts report is most useful for viewing contracts that were updated prior to the current day.
Only employees with "View Reports" employee permissions can access Dealerware Reports.
The report can be filtered by the following:
- Date Filter: Actual Finish, Actual Start, Created On, and Cancelled On. Works in tandem with the “Date” filter to determine how contracts are filtered
- Date: by default, this is set to the current month
- Repair Order Number
- Customer Name
- Service Advisor
- Contract ID
- VIN
- Program
- Status
Below the filters, there are data visualizations that include:
- Number of Contracts by Status (Started, Finished, Booked, Pending Agreement, No Showed, Cancelled)
- Number of Contracts by Service Advisor
- Number of Contracts by Program
Finally, there is a table called Contracts Report. This allows you to see a breakdown of all contracts sorted by the most recent "Actual Finish" date. The "Fuel Difference" and "Mileage Difference" columns display the whether the customer returned the vehicle with the same fuel level and how many miles were driven on the contract.
