Overview
Multi-Agreements unlocks the ability to create new programs by allowing dealerships to optimize more than one Driver Agreement in Dealerware.
Dealers with multiple Driver Agreements in place can assign specific Driver Agreements to individual Programs.
Configuring Driver Agreements
Custom Agreements can be configured in Dealerware Web by your dealership’s Admin. However, Program Agreements, which contain OEM-mandated terms, can not be customized.
Configuring a Custom Agreement
- Select Settings from the main navigation
- Select Driver Agreement
- Select the document icon
- Select the agreement of your choice from your desktop (the document must be in a PDF format)
- Select the page on which you would like to configure the signature and date fields
- Define the signature & date areas
Configuring a Program Agreement
If your dealership is enrolled in an OEM program, the associated Program Driver Agreement will be present in your Dealerware instance.
Programs
Assigning Driver Agreements to Programs
Once a Driver Agreement and the corresponding Agreement Terms are configured, your dealership’s Admin can assign the agreement to Programs. A single Driver Agreement can be assigned to multiple Programs.
Assign Driver Agreements to Programs
- Select Settings from the main navigation
- Select Programs
- Locate the applicable Program
- Select the pencil icon to access the Program settings
- In General Program Settings, select the Driver Agreement dropdown
- Select the applicable Agreement
- Select Save
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Done
