Create and Modify Reservations
In the Reservations section of the Calendar, you can easily modify reservation details, assign a vehicle to a reservation, or begin the contract workflow.
Create a Reservation via Click & Drag
- Navigate to Reservations
- Click and drag an event to the preferred time slots
- When the Contract Details pop-up occurs, input the Customer Name,
Pickup & Drop-off Date and Time, Program, and Service Advisor - Select Save
Create a Reservation via "Create Contract"
- Select Create Contract from the top-right of the Calendar
- Once redirected to New Reservation, select a customer and input scheduling details and additional information
- After creating the reservation, it will appear in the Calendar under Reservations.
Update Pickup & Drop-off Date and Time via Click & Drag
- Navigate to Reservations
- Locate the applicable reservation
- Click and drag the reservation to the preferred time slots
- Observe a popup indicating that the date/time has been updated
Assign a Vehicle to a Reservation via Click & Drag
- Navigate to Reservations
- Locate the applicable reservation
- Click and drag a reservation into the Vehicles section
and drop the reservation onto the preferred vehicle - Observe the reservation transitions into a Pending contract
in the Vehicles section (the contract must be manually started)
To successfully assign a reservation to a vehicle via drag and drop, the vehicle must belong to the Program associated with the reservation, and it must be in an available vehicle status.
If the vehicle does not belong to the Program, a popup will appear to notify you that the vehicle cannot be assigned to the reservation. In this case, you may drag and drop the reservation into a different vehicle.
Start and Finish Contracts
In the Vehicles section of the Calendar, you can easily start pending contracts and finish started contracts.
Start Pending Contracts
- Navigate to the Vehicles section of Calendar
- Locate and select the applicable Pending contract
- Once redirected to Contract Details, select the Manage tab
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Start Contract
- Please note: If the Start Contract button is grayed out, double check the customer Signature Status has been collected, and if you have a Credit Card Hold enabled, select a Credit Card
Finish Started Contracts
- Navigate to the Vehicles section of Calendar
- Locate and select the applicable Started contract
- Once redirected to Contract Details, select the Manage tab
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Finish Contract
