Check the Calendar for Today's Schedule
One of the first activities of the day should be to check the calendar for today’s vehicle pickups and returns. Be sure to pay close attention to any changes, additions, or cancellations.
- Whenever possible, try to collect customer information ahead of their arrival to expedite the rental process. This should include up-to-date driver’s license and credit card information, and active insurance. Contact any customers whose information is missing or needs updating.
- Review the notes section of all customer profiles for any special requests or notifications you should be aware of to ensure a superior customer experience.
