Customers can only be added to the Do Not Rent (DNR) list in Dealerware Web. Customers added to the DNR list will be unable to start a contract in both Dealerware Mobile and Dealerware Web.
To add a Customer to the DNR list:
- Search and select the customer in Dealerware Web
- Click Driver's License
- Click the red ADD TO DNR button
- Add DNR reason
- Click Save
Please note that only users with the role of "DNR Manager" can add customers to the DNR list. You can update employee roles to include DNR Manager in Dealerware Web.
To remove a Customer from the DNR list:
- Search and select the customer in Dealerware Web
- Select Driver’s License
- Select the red REMOVE FROM DNR button
- Add a removal reason
- Select Save
Anytime a customer is added or removed from the DNR list, a time-stamped note will appear in the Notes section of the contracts details page.
