Overview
Contract Statuses define the current state of contracts so that you can best manage them.
Contract Statuses
A contract can be in any of the following statuses:

Booked: A user assigned a Customer, Program, Service Advisor (if one applies), and scheduled Pick-up & Drop-off for the contract, but did not assign a vehicle.

Pending: A user assigned a vehicle, but did not start the contract.

Started: A user obtained or bypassed a customer signature and selected "Start Contract".

Finished: A user selected "Finish Contract" and completed the Finish-Contract workflow.

Canceled: A user canceled the contract while it was in Booked or Pending status.
- No Show: A Booked contract was not started on or after its scheduled pickup date & time.
