Off Lot Detection uses the GPS position of the most recent entry in Event History in Vehicle Details.
If your vehicle is marked as Off Lot but is on-site, this is typically due to a connectivity discrepancy with the Connected Car Device [CCD].
How do I fix this?
1. Generate a new entry in Event History by changing vehicle status in Dealerware Mobile. If the vehicle remains Off Lot, the CCD may be disconnected.
2. Physically check the Connected Car Device is still installed. If missing, installing a new CCD will update the location of the vehicle.
3. If if the CCD is present and the problem persists, position the vehicle outside with a clear path to the sky to reconnect to the network.
