View customer, program, and scheduling details related to finished contracts.
Filter by Date (defaults to this month), Repair Order, Customer Name, Service Advisor, Contract ID, or Program.
At the top of the report, there are KPIs for the last previous complete month. They are:
- Number of Finished Contracts
- Average Length of Contract
Following the KPIs, there are graphs including:
- Finished contracts by Service Advisor: helps you understand if the workload across your service advisors is balanced which advisors are managing longer-duration contracts
- Finished contracts by Program
Next, there is a table called Finished Contracts. This allows you to see a breakdown of all finished contracts with their associated service advisor sorted by Actual Finish Date in descending order. Table columns include the following:
- Dealership Name
- Actual Finish Date/Time
- Contract ID Number
- Sequential ID Number
- Status
- Repair Order Number
- Customer Name
- Created By (Employee Name)
- Finished By (Employee Name)
- Contract Total (Amount on the Contract Invoice)
- VIN
- License Plate Number
- Service Advisor
- Customer VIN
- Scheduled Start Date/Time
- Schedule Finish Date/Time
- Actual Start Date/Time
- Reservation ID Number
- Stock Number
- Length of Contract
- Total Starting Fuel
- Total Ending Fuel
- Fuel Difference (shows whether the customer returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the contract)
- Total Starting Mileage
- Total Ending Mileage
- Mileage Difference (shows how many miles were driven on contract)
Notes
- Only employees with "View Reports" employee permissions can access Dealerware Reports.
- There is approximately a 3-hour data sync delay for data to populate on reports. Recently finished contracts will take time to populate on this report.
