Information about a vehicle can be reviewed and updated in Dealerware Web.
To update vehicle information:
Search and select the tab of the vehicle details that needs to be updated:
- Vehicle Details- All sections of the vehicle details can be updated except for model, VIN and mileage. Mileage can only be updated when starting or finishing a contract, or changing a vehicle status in Dealerware Mobile
- Status- Update the status of the vehicle, the available/ unavailable on dates, and physical location
- Notes- Select + Create Note to add a note about the vehicle
- Issues- Select the magnifying glass to resolve an open issue. Select +Create Issue to add a new vehicle issue
- Toll History- Select +Add Toll and populate the field to update toll information
Always select Save at the bottom of the page after updating information.
