The Fleet Performance report can be found in the Reports section of Dealerware Web. The Missing Miles tab on the report is designed to provide visibility into compliance issues related to incorrect mileage recordings on contracts. A high or negative mileage difference should be reviewed for accuracy and submitted for contract edits.
These insights help improve overall fleet and operational efficiency.

FAQs
Why is there a [null] value in Ending Odometer, Days Between Contracts, and/or Mileage Difference?
Null values can be treated as blank cells. A null for Ending Odometer means the contract is still ongoing. Null values for Days Between Contracts and Mileage Difference signify that that is the final contract associated with the VIN in the filtered date range of the report.
Why would the starting and ending odometer be the same?
Having the same starting and ending odometer values on a contract signifies that the vehicle never left the lot or that there was an incorrect input. We recommend you review the contract and edit it if necessary. Learn how to make contract edits here.
There’s a negative value in the Mileage Difference column. How is that possible?
A negative value will display in the Mileage Difference column if the ending odometer on the contract listed in the row is higher than the starting odometer of the contract on the next row. Typically, this indicates user error when starting or finishing a contract. We recommend you review the two contracts and edit the contract with the incorrect value.
