Overview
Mercedes-Benz Direct Connect lets you access vehicle telemetry data and capture precise GPS location, fuel level, and mileage, without the use of connected car devices (hardware).
Automated fuel and mileage reporting make contracting vehicles quick and easy, while GPS tracking lets you view vehicles on the Fleet Map, learn when they have left the lot without contracts, and prevent theft.
How does the Direct Connect setup work?
The configuration is entirely automated. Once enrollment is complete, telematics will be auto-enabled for all eligible vehicles live in Dealerware. Vehicles that are not eligible will not be billed.
How do I sign up?
After logging into Dealerware Web, a one-time engagement will auto-populate for all Admin users, providing the opportunity to sign up.

After signing up, a Dealerware Implementation Specialist will notify you via email once your vehicles are connected.
You may optionally create an Agreement Term (Admin permission required) to ensure customers are informed that vehicles are outfitted with Direct Connect before the start of each contract.
