- Ensure the device has a serial number starting with "88," indicating it is the correct 88-series model. If your dealership does not have any 88-series devices, please contact support to coordinate sending these devices to your location.
- Note: The device will automatically recognize the vehicle’s make and model and upload the latest firmware update specifically for Q4 models.
Installation Steps:

Locate the OBD Port: Identify the OBD port in the vehicle, typically found under the dashboard near the steering wheel.

Connect the Dealerware Connected Car Device: Plug the Connected Car Device into the OBD port, ensuring a snug and secure connection.

- Turn on the vehicle by engaging the electric motor.
- Press and hold the brake pedal.
- Shift the vehicle into drive, then immediately shift to neutral.
