If you are a Toyota dealership subscribed to Connected Car Services, any vehicle uploaded to Dealerware will be enrolled automatically with the service.
If you are a Lexus dealership subscribed to Connected Car Services, LCCS program vehicles will be enrolled automatically with the service. Certain exceptions apply to older Lexus models which will require a Connected Car Device to be installed instead.
Within one to two business days, you will see a green symbol appear under “Telemetry Source” in the Vehicles section of Dealerware Web. The source will either be indicated as “Native” (most common option for Toyota/Lexus vehicles) or “CCD” (if a physical device had to be installed).
If the vehicle is marked as “Disconnected” after two business days:
- Position the vehicle outside with a clear path to the sky (not blocked by trees, canopies, etc.)
- Turn the vehicle ignition on
- Turn the vehicle ignition off after 5 minutes
